The Lions Club Of Bandarawela Conducted A Tree Planting And Tree Distribution Programme At Local Schools And Religious Places To Promote Environmental Conservation And Community Participation In Protecting Nature. Trees Were Planted And Distributed To Encourage Greener Surroundings, Improve The Local Environment, And Create Greater Awareness Among Students And Community Members About The Importance Of Trees And Sustainable Environmental Practices. The Project Contributed To Creating Greener And Healthier Community Spaces While Encouraging Schools, Religious Institutions, And Local Residents To Actively Participate In Environmental Conservation. It Promoted Long-Term Environmental Responsibility And A Culture Of Caring For Nature.
