Batticaloa Teaching Hospital Cancer Unit
The Lions Club of Batticaloa Spectrum for Humanity donated 30 chairs to the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital Cancer Unit to improve comfort and convenience for cancer patients, their caregivers, and hospital visitors. The donation was made in response to the hospital's need for additional seating in patient care and waiting areas. This project aimed to create a more supportive and dignified environment for individuals receiving treatment while assisting the hospital in enhancing its facilities. Through this initiative, the club reaffirmed its commitment to serving the community by improving the quality of life for patients and supporting local healthcare institutions.
