Cancer patient Residenc -Sittandy
Beneficiary is a Lungs cancer patient resides at Sittandy which is located 25 km from Batticaloa city. She worked as a security officer as a school security officer under a private security agency until she developed cancer. She is a widow who cares for and supports her son and mother. She did not go to work due to medical treatment for cancer and ill health. She lacks sufficient funds to undergo medical treatment for her illness, maintain her health and made her family's livelihood needs. We provided special nutritional supplements for her health and dry food items for her livelihood. Also financial assistance LKR 20,000.00 was provided to meet the expenses for her medical treatment and Hospital visits.first Vice District Governor 306D10 Lion T. Athithan PMAF, PMJF and Our Region Chairman Region 1 Lion. M. Szuthaharan MJF were invited and participated as the guest for this humanitarian service.
