Description

Managing child diabetes requires consistent, daily monitoring, yet the cost of essential medical equipment remains a heavy financial burden for many families. To address this critical healthcare gap, the Lions Club Batticaloa Spectrum organized a targeted medical aid project to support vulnerable children receiving treatment in the Batticaloa Hospital. The project successfully facilitated the donation of 15 brand-new Blood Glucose Monitoring Kits directly to the pediatric care unit at the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital.
