Tree planting was done at the margins of the vehicle parking area in the Lions Village Samagigama on July 3 2026, from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. 4 varieties of shade trees, 24 in number was planted around the vehicle parking area. Lion President Kithsiri, Secretary Lion Hema, Lion Dudley, Lion Menaka and Second VDG Lion Dr. Yohananthan participated. The plants were donated by Lion M M S Skandaraj and Lion Lady Selvi.
