Description

During the school holiday season in Batticaloa, a dynamic indoor sports program was organized by Usaith Alikhan, specifically targeting young students under the age of 15 to encourage physical activity and a healthy break from mobile phone usage. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of nearly 80 students who competed in football, cricket, and elle, fostering a spirit of teamwork and high energy. The program was graced by the presence of Lion Usaith Alikhan, Lion Siraj, and Lion Rifai Kaleel, with the Club President joining as a special guest for the concluding prize-giving ceremony. To recognize the efforts of all attendees, participation certificates were awarded to every student, while standout achievers in the various sporting categories received special awards for their excellence. This initiative successfully met its primary goal of engaging the youth in traditional and energetic games, ensuring their holiday time was spent productively and away from digital distractions.
