Description

This was a joint project of Lions Districts D10 and D11. A total of 35 members from District D11, including the District Governor, along with members from several clubs in District D10 and cabinet officers, participated in the programme. The project was jointly facilitated by the Lions Club of Batticaloa and the Lions Club of Kegalle Legends, with the participation of the District Governors of both Districts D10 and D11.
