Lions Sanasumuma Elders Home
The project “Caring for Elders (Facilities Care)” was conducted at Lion’s Sanasuma Elders Home, Amunudowa, Bandarawela, during August 2025. This initiative focuses on ensuring the proper care, upkeep, and smooth functioning of the Elders Home. The support provided included: • Building repairs and facilities care • Payment of electricity, water, telephone, and gas bills • Transportation facilities for elders • Medical check-ups and treatments. In addition, two or more Lions visited the Elders Home twice a week to supervise and guide the ongoing facilities care. Monthly Facilities Care Cost: Rs. 387,945.00. (Attached )
