Description

Distribution of School Books to Needy Students Lions Club of Bandarawela In keeping with the noble spirit of Lionism and service to humanity, the Lions Club of Bandarawela conducted the distribution of 75 parcels of school books to needy and carefully selected students in the Hali Ela, Welimada – Moragolla area. This meritorious service project was carried out with the collective participation of Lions members, school teachers, and parents, symbolizing unity, cooperation, and a shared commitment toward the advancement of children’s education. The programme was held on 11th January at Moragolla Kovil Hall Welimada and was conducted under the guidance of Project Chairman Lion A. Ganeshan (MAF / JP), with the esteemed presence and active support of the Club President and members of the Lions Club of Bandarawela. Through this ceremonial initiative, the Lions Club of Bandarawela reaffirmed its enduring dedication to uplifting young minds, promoting education, and serving the community with compassion and purpose.
