The Lions Club of Bandarawela proudly marked a significant milestone with the opening of the newly built Sickroom Building at Lions Sanasuma Elders Home, Amunudowa, Bandarawela.
This meaningful humanitarian service project was successfully carried out under the dedicated leadership of Project Chairman Lion Lakshman De Silva (PMAF). The newly constructed sickroom will greatly enhance the comfort, care, and well-being of the elders, reflecting the Lions’ enduring commitment to serve with compassion and dignity.
The opening ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest, Zone Chairman Lion Maduranga Manorathna (MJF / PMAF), whose participation added honor and inspiration to the occasion. The project was implemented with the guidance of Club President Lion A. Ganeshan (MAF / JP), together with the active support and fellowship of Lions members.
