Description

A Chess Tournament organized by the Agastriya Chess Club was held on Sunday, 11.01.2026, at the Valaichenai Lions Club Hall. The tournament was conducted with the patronage and support of our Lions Club. The event was attended by members of the Club’s Board of Directors, namely Lion Sritharatheesan, Lion Ganapathipillai, Lion Akhileswaran, Lion Gnaneswaran, and Lion Wilson Sudhakar. At the conclusion of the tournament, the winners were appreciated and honored with awards. Furthermore, chess coaching classes will be conducted continuously at the Lions Club Hall. Students are encouraged to attend and participate to benefit from these classes.
