On 01 July 2025, the Lions Club of Kattankudy MAF Excellence, in collaboration with District Governor Lion Logendran PMJF/PMAF, successfully organized an Art Competition at Navalar Pre-School, Navatkudah, as part of the Governor’s 1st Day Project for Environment Week 2025.
The project was led under the guidance of:
• District Governor: Lion Logendran PMJF/PMAF
• Region Chairman: Lion Ruswin
• Zone Chairman: Lion Vyramuthu Mathivanan MJF
• Project Chairman: Lion Usaith Ali Khan MAF
The competition aimed at raising awareness on the importance of tree planting among preschool children through creativity and expression.
All participants were awarded gifts and certificates, motivating them to contribute to a greener, sustainable future. This initiative not only nurtured young minds but also reinforced the Lions’ commitment to environmental protection and community service.
