The Lions Club of Bandarawela continued its Caring for Elders (Basic Essentials Dry Rations) project throughout November 2025, supporting the residents of the Lion’s Sanasuma Elders Home. This ongoing monthly initiative ensured the provision of daily nutritious meals, tea, refreshments, and all essential dry ration items for 37 elders and 5 staff members, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
In addition, thoughtful gifts and useful personal items were provided to bring added joy, dignity, and emotional comfort to the elders.
