Lions Clubs Free Spectacles Distribution Event – 02.11.2025
The Free Spectacles Distribution Event for underprivileged students, organized by Jointly the Lions Clubs of Kattankudy MAF Excellence with YESDO , was successfully held today (02.11.2025) at the Al-Manar Hall in Kattankudy. Alhamdulillah.
The event was graced by honored guests, Ash-Sheikh M.I. Abdul Gaffoor Madani, President of Kattankudy Jamiyyatul Ulama and Dr. Nithya, Officer-in-Charge of the Blood Bank at Kattankudy Base Hospital. Also in attendance were local dignitaries, school principals, representatives from social service organizations, Lions Club members, and many others, who made the event a success.
More than 200 students with vision problems from various schools in Kattankudy and adjacent areas were examined, and 80 underprivileged students who required spectacles were provided with them free of charge.
Our heartfelt thanks go to all the Lions Club members, social organizations, and friends who assisted economically and participated in the arrangements for this noble event.
