Tharisanam the school for visually handicapped
Project Description:
To commemorate International White Cane Day, our club sponsored and organized a district-level event in collaboration with Tharisanam – The School for the Visually Handicapped.
Event Highlights:
The talented students of Tharisanam showcased their skills through singing, dancing, and various performances, inspiring everyone with their confidence and joy. We also distributed T-shirts to all the students and served lunch as part of this meaningful celebration.
Impact:
The program provided an opportunity for visually impaired children to display their talents and boosted their self-esteem, while promoting awareness, inclusivity, and community support.
Conclusion:
This event beautifully reflected our club’s dedication to empowering differently-abled individuals and fostering compassion, unity, and service within our district community.
