Description

A programme against abuse of addictive drugs- Drug awareness programme conducted by the Lions Club of Nawalapitya at Tamil Cultural Hall on 17th October 2025. Mr Jagath Weerasinghe, Commissioner of Prisons, Sri Lanka; Mr Eric Perera, Senior Superintendent of police and Mrs R.M.C. Priyangani Rajapaksha were the resource persons. Students from Anurudda College, Central College, Seint Andrew's Balika Vidyalaya and Pathunupitiya Maha Vidyalaya, both girls and boys, participated.
