The Lions Club of Eastern University Campus successfully carried out a meaningful service project by providing financial support to the Elders’ Home in Batticaloa. This contribution was made possible through the generous assistance of Lion Nidarshan’s friend from the United Kingdom, whose kind-hearted donation helped enhance the welfare and daily needs of the senior residents.
The funds were utilized to improve living conditions, provide nutritious meals, and support the maintenance of the facility. This initiative reflects the true spirit of global friendship and humanitarian service, uniting Lions and supporters across borders for the betterment of society.
