The Lions Club of Valaichenai Town 306 D 10, in collaboration with the Mental Health Unit of the Valaichenai Base Hospital, organized a World Mental Health Day awareness rally. The rally commenced from the Valaichenai Base Hospital and proceeded as an awareness march to the Valaichenai Public Market. Doctors, medical staff, and employees of the hospital participated. Our Club District Governor Mr. K. Logendran PMJF/PMAF, 5 cabinet officers, and many members of the public also participated and graced the occasion. As part of this awareness rally, a street drama related to mental health awareness was performed, and awareness was created among the people. Additionally, herbal porridge was distributed.
