The project “Caring for Elders (Maintenance)” was conducted at Lion’s “Sanasuma” Elders Home, Amunudowa, Bandarawela, during September 2025.
This project focuses on the regular maintenance and operational support of the Sanasuma Elders Home. The support includes:
Building repairs and maintenance
Electricity, water, telephone, and gas expenses
Transportation facilities for elders
Medical tests and treatments
Additionally, two or more Lions visited the Elders Home twice a week during the month to inspect and supervise the maintenance work.
