Description

A woman from a poor, female-headed family with two children supports her family by selling vegetables. Since she did not have a weighing scale, she used to estimate the weight of the vegetables, often losing money or having to travel long distances to use someone else’s scale. She requested our assistance, and we donated a weighing scale to her. This support now allows her to sell vegetables from home and care for her children more easily.
