Student Leadership Training Programme The Bandarawela Lions Club Successfully Conducted A Student Leadership Training Programme At Sri Wimalaransi Dhamma School, Nugayaya, Wellawaya. The Programme Was Organized And Conducted Under The Leadership Of The Project Chairman, Lion Upul Sinha Pathirana – MAF. The Training Programme Focused On Developing Essential Leadership Qualities, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Discipline, Self-Confidence And Social Responsibility Among Students. Through Interactive Activities And Guidance, Students Were Encouraged To Develop Their Leadership Potential And Become Responsible And Confident Individuals.
